The Antonelli Sagrantino's are the benchmark of Sagrantino in the world. I find this Sagrantino from Umbria absolutely incredible! In ideal vintages the style is somewhere between Nebbiolo and Sangiovese. Perfumed dried herbs and petals, a dusty savouriness and red and black fruits in abundance. This wine really captured my attention. Blown away. - Chris L
