We take our Limoncello perhaps a tad seriously. Spending months of each year, growing up in the south of Italy - surrounded by this magical elixir gave us a bit of an obsession. Made from a safely guarded recipe - two different types of lemons grown in Montacute Valley, Adelaide Hills (the original home of citrus growing in South Australia), a little mandarin peel and pure Adelaide Hills water! Now you can enjoy summer time - all year round! Strength: 25% abv Volume: 500ml
Serving suggestion: Mix with soda, ice and fresh lemon. Layer with thickened cream.
Distilled by winemaker, Brendon, from Unico Zelo - Applewood is a citrus-driven and floral Gin that has an interplay of fragrance, depth and vibrancy - inspired by Spring-time in the Adelaide Hills, distilled from grape-based spirit and composed of the following botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Ginger Root, Lemon Myrtle, Earl Grey Tea, Lavender, Vanilla, Cardamom, Macadamia, Lemon and Orange Peel. - Distillers Note
