Free run juice only - 20 days on skins. Bright red fruits, jarred morello cherries, cherry concentrate, with a little raspberry and hint of vanilla. Earthy characters develop with time as a nice adjunct to the fruit. Acid plays the main structural role here with fine gentle tannins in support. - Distributor Note
