Tasting Notes

A colourful mix of pink and orange, Fever has a vibrant nose of red apple, lychee, citrus zest and berry. It has a bright palate with a juicy texture and a chalky white tannin grip. As the growing seasons change, so does Fever.

Each year it is unique in vineyard makeup and varietal composition, influenced by natural elements and how we feel in the winery.Yet, it always looks like a Yarra Valley wine, crafted by us.

Sitting under the umbrella of orange or skin contact wine, it is a blend of 4 different varieties that are each perfect reflections of their soils. - Winemaker Note
