Tasting Notes
Chardonnay is the number one white variety in the Yarra Valley. Year in and year out our soils produce wines that are both attractive when young and incredibly complex when carefully cellared for over 10 years. Because of this strong synergy between variety and region, if we get the picking date right, then the rest naturally falls into place. Our Chardonnay shows baked apples, just ripe nectarine and white flower aromatics with savoury notes of shortcrust pastry and roasted almonds.
