Tasting Notes
100% whole bunches used here, with a splash of new oak peeping through. The nose is wonderfully earthy, with undergrowth / leaf litter / humus notes, cold ash and red cherry / berry tones. The palate is nicely weighted, elegant and well-shaped with a good acid line flowing on from the primary fruits up front. The finish is savoury, layered and moreish. - Felix G
