
Tasting Notes
Pinot from the famed Willowlake Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. The fruit was separated into two parcels - one completely destemmed, and the other 100% whole bunch, then blended back together post fermentation. The result is a beautiful Pinot with gamey, cured meat characters, plush red and black fruits, light stem notes, and a good level of spice. The palate is well weighted, savoury, complex and hauntingly delicious. - Felix G
