Tasting Notes

It's really all in the name for this one... Mandarin sums up the colour in the glass and gives you a strong idea of whats to follow. A blend of 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from a site in Young that recently converted to organic farming. It's a blend of multiple picks and ferments, some in amphorae and then all pressed to old oak. It's zippy and zesty with hints of mandarin oil, pith and with the slightest honey character.
