Tasting Notes
Sparkling wine is made in South Tyrol, using the same Traditional method used in Champagne. Blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Noir. Aromas of citrus, lemon sherbet and savoury notes derived from autolytic ageing. Fresh and lively with a long, dry, yeasty finish. - Gaby F
