Unique and wonderful. Jura meets fino sherry meets Chenin Blanc to produce a tightly would, savoury and saline, refreshing white. A blend of local varietals, Treixadura, Lago and Agudelo. It’s aged under a fine flor in large old barrels. Decant, air and serve at 12 degrees or there about. This will age brilliantly too. - Chris L
