Tasting Notes
A really bright and juicy style of Nerello Mascalese from a producer that is new to us, Ayunta. It goes through carbonic fermentation in concrete which brings forward the juicy strawberry and cherry characters and is then left to hang out in old barrels till bottling. Very forward and inviting. - Pete L
