This is Etna bianco to a 't'. It's mostly Carricante, showing that amazing old-vine concentration and Etna smokiness, as well maintaining freshness and vitality from altitude. Stone fruit, dried and fresh, honey, sulfide, salt. A treasure to find and best enjoyed with seafood delights. Loved it! - Chris L
