Balmy Nights is a collab between Dan Simmons, one of Sydney's finest wine distributors and his mates at M & J Becker wines in the Hunter Valley. This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris on skins, lightly textured, firmly in the orange fruit spectrum. Think Mandarin... Loved this. - Pete L
