Balmy Nights is a collab between Dan Simmons, one of Sydney's finest wine distributors and his mates at M & J Becker wines in the Hunter Valley. The wine is made from a lesser known variety named Schonberger and sourced from the Hunter Valley… Who knew they grew Schonberger?!
