A sparkling Chenin Blanc from Vouvray, fermented with native yeasts. Most of the wine matures in stainless steel through winter, with a portion aged in older 400L barrels for added texture. Bottled in March and aged on lees for 12 months before disgorgement with no dosage. The wine is fresh, expressive and mineral, with the gentle honeyed and floral character typical of Vouvray’s distinctive sparkling style. - Pete L
