Tasting Notes
A very rare Cotes du Jura from one of the masters in the region, Berthet Bondet. This style of Savagnin will age for a long time to come but can also be enjoyed now. It is produced by not topping up the barrels, which creates a natural veil or flor of yeast on top of the wine. This yeast produces flavours of nuts (aldehydes). Cult. - Chris L
