Tasting Notes
Bertrand-Delespierre’s Enfant de la Montagne is coming from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Fresh and precise, it shows citrus peel, pear and subtle stone notes with a light touch of toast. The palate is clean and mineral, led by green apple and lemon zest, finishing crisp and saline. Dry, focused and food-friendly, it works beautifully with oysters, sashimi or simple charcuterie. - Aaron C
