Tasting Notes

Using the traditional pink gin cocktail as inspiration, this dry gin brings together rhubarb, vanilla and ginger.

Initial scents of juniper are followed by the rhubarb which produces a fruit compote aroma. On the palate, vanilla creates the perception of sweetness that provides for an excellent compliment to the juniper. Ginger adds a gentle spice to the finish. Serve with an aromatic tonic water or muddle with a fresh strawberry before adding your favourite mixer. - Distiller Note
