Tasting Notes
It's a new "Park Wine" style - think easy lighthearted natural style wine for sitting around in the shade, carefree. But most simple things have something complex to tell. First, cool it a little; and second, you must decant the spritz CO2 off (eg a good shake), to reveal the strawberry and sweet spice. Maybe more cherry with time. Add a little texture on the tongue - intriguing. 11.6% alc. - Michael L
