Bizzarro Aperitivo is an all-natural, Australian bitter aperitif crafted by Delinquente Wine Co. in South Australia's Riverland region. This artisanal aperitivo is produced by infusing a neutral grape spirit with a blend of fruits, herbs, and botanicals, which is then used to fortify a dry white wine base. The base wine is made from organically grown, skin-fermented Vermentino grapes, contributing to its aromatic profile.
