Tasting Notes
Ok so it's a Shiraz Cabernet blend but it's 100% not what you would expect from either of those varieties. If you look hard enough sure you can see the Cabernet but that's a good thing because they've captured all the good bits but handled them with such a light touch. It's straddles the line between red and dark fruits while still offering freshness which can be further dialled in by jamming it in the fridge. It's one of those easy going reds that should slip in nicely with or without foods and get the job done. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
