Tasting Notes
Sour red cherry, roses and sappy savouriness come together to create an enticing bouquet which is backed up by a silky and spicy palate with some slightly earthy undertones. Really fresh, and easy to drink. It’s hard to find many Victorian Pinots at this price that would out-perform this. - Aaron C.
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
