Tasting Notes
This is a seriously fun Pinot, a lighter, vibrant style that's all about drinkability rather than showing off. It comes off granitic soils at Dash Farms up in the cool hills near Bendigo, wild fermented with a bit of whole bunch and raised in old neutral oak, so nothing gets in the way. It's juicy and bright with a shimmer of tannin, a tangy sour sweet lift and a lovely amaro like edge of bitter botanicals. It's in that golden zone between light red you can chill and light red you can chill with. - Pete L
