Tasting Notes
Gave this one a little air as I felt it would benefit, seemed like it needed to fill out from what I could initially smell and taste. Smart move. Yet to meet a wine that Tom and Sally have made that I didn’t like and this is no exception. A nod to the Jura by way of the Yarra Valley. Bright acid, saline citrus and apple notes, hints of bread or roasted nuts. Should be in magnum. - Pete L
This is a snapshot of what we're drinking ourselves right now. It's a little insight into what we love, from the weird and wonderful stuff, to the straight-up great value wines, and everything in between.
