Tasting Notes
From vines planted in 1955 on a sea of pebbles. There is a wonderful purity in this wine with dried strawberry and iodine. Cherry fruit with undertones of smoke, game and mineral. Fermented whole cluster at very low temperatures, enhancing the floras. 50% in concrete egg and 50% in 2nd, 3rd and 4th use oak for 10 months. - Importer Note
