Tasting Notes

This wine had us doing backflips. We tasted it as a team and collectively had to pick our jaws up off the floor. A unfortified Palomino from some of the top vineyards for Palomino in Jerez. This wine is aged under flor, it's rich, nutty, exotic and powerful. Get yourself some crusty bread, a tin of Ortiz anchovies and some butter, a bottle of this and turn your phone off for a few hours. - Pete L
