Day 2 open and this Chardonnay Savagnin blend is now showing its true self - more about the Savagnin, with a lemon peel smell. The taste too is showing that citrus fruit line, plus a oxidative nutty hint and salty end. 12% alc. A fine Jura-like white from Adelaide Hills. - Michael L
