Plenty of lively flavour here with rich peach and tropical notes. Viscous and round, yet with a good acid background keeping it fresh and balanced - features typical of the Southern Italian Caprettone and Falanghina grapes used. It’s a classic seafood wine, but will easily handle a good pasta dish too. It’s a food wine. 13% alc. - Michael L
