Riesling made with an interesting difference - it’s a natural oxidative style. In addition to the classic pure citrus, add a touch of pear lightly poached with a touch of ginger spice. Clear. Add a textured chalky fruit mouthfeel with acid drive keeping it fresh and tight. 12%alc. Will mix well with harder cheese or fresh grilled fish and salad. - Michael L
