Tasting Notes
This a fantastic Sparkling Rose and quite a pleasant shock once you see the price. They are sourcing all the fruit for this from vineyards in the King Valley in Victoria. It's a blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 11% Pinot Meunier. I found it quite an aromatic Sparkling with notes of ripe and macerated strawberries, freshly baked bread and on the palate that continues with layers of strawberry danish, creme patissiere and hints of orange oil/zest. - Pete L
