Tasting Notes
Bruno Lafon's day job is at Domaine de Comte Lafon, one of the best White Burgundy producers in Meursault. His family's estate produces some of the best Chardonnay in the world. This project is a little different as he is sourcing fruit from growers in the Languedoc who are farming sustainably and producing honest and approachable wines like this Pinot Noir. It's fresh and light and full of red berry flavours with very fine tannin. It's a very easy going well made wine that should please most people seeking something light. - Pete L
