Tasting Notes
This opens with a really fresh and pretty Nebbiolo nose of sour red cherries, raspberry, roses with a little tar hiding in the background. More air pushes the fruit and flowers to the side while the tar and rubber band notes come to the foreground and the tannins become grippier and chalkier. It then picked up a nice bloody/ferrous note and texture and the fruit returned even more red and plush than before with more roses and rosehip. This is great, much preferred to the 2020 as this is already more complex, detailed and evolved much more while open. - Aaron C.
