Pinot with a Wow factor and value. Ripe nose of dark cherry and sweet beetroot plus sweet spices too. An overall rich mouthfeel; but then intriguingly, the root vegetables allow it to finish nicely sweet & sour and chalky. Made with minimal intervention, low sulphur and retained acidity, so give it a half hour decant before drinking. 13% alc. Intriguing and good! - Michael L
