Tasting Notes
The vineyard is located in the municipality of Barbaresco, in lean soil, rich in mineral salts and densely stratified. It comes from old clones and from a particular selection, fermented and aged in steel and concrete.
Bright garnet red, elegant fruity and floral notes, deep, clean, the clear expression of the grape. Dense tannin texture, fine, silky. Very persistent finish. It goes perfectly with cured meats and raw hams, white or red meats and medium-aged cheeses.- Importer Note.
