Tasting Notes

“Simply complex” is a thought I often feel drinking orange style whites. Take this field blend of mainly white grapes from central Italy; organically grown, left on their skins in the winery for about a month, kept in tanks and older barrels, unfiltered at bottling - think simple, minimal intervention! The result here is a near-clear, clean mouthful of fine poached pear like tastes and aromas with a chalky textured dry finish. 11% alc. Orange wines like food. - Michael L
