Tasting Notes
Raul Perez and Cesar Marquez join forces on this Godello from Bierzo, pulled from three plots of sand and clay with vines around 35 years old. Hand picked in a single day, it's fermented and aged for a year in a mixture of barrels. Lemon and lime lead on the nose with a little peach in behind, and the palate is light, bright and fresh. A seriously smart white, get your hands on some while you can! - Pete L
