Tasting Notes
Ansonica, or Inzolia (Sicily), is a white grape variety from the organic vineyards of Cataldo Calabretta in Calabria, Italy. The wine is salty like sea-spray with a ripe stone fruit core that reminds me of the sun that beams the vineyards in the region. It brings a brilliant balance to the wine, and the table.
