Tasting Notes
Extremely rare to find organic Cotes du Rhone at this price and even rarer to be of this quality. Mid-weight, dark juicy fruits, svelte tannins that add shape to the wine on the palate helping to create a very pretty package for the price! - Pete L
Cellier des Dauphins is a large southern Rhône cooperative founded in 1965, uniting growers across Vacqueyras, Cairanne, Rasteau, Gigondas, Tavel, Lirac and Côtes du Rhône Villages. The terroirs span galets terraces, limestone ridges, sand pockets and red clays, offering broad regional sourcing material. The core grapes are Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Carignan, crafted with a focus on freshness, balance and reliable Rhône identity at scale. Modern vinification preserves fruit purity and soft tannin accessibility.
