Tasting Notes
This a bold, rich and decadent style of Champagne that is mostly Pinot Meunier with a small portion of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that incorporates a fairly hefty dose of reserve wine coming from a solera that dates back to 98. There are layers of harder orchard fruits, citrus blossom, short bread and baking spice. For me this one to have on it's own but it would be great with a seafood platter, sashimi, ceviche type situations. - Pete L
