When Jared Curwood makes Sauvignon Blanc it's as though he's an old-world-winemaker, stuck in a new-world-winemakers body... only he has an epic beard! Every year it gets more interesting, more complex and less like those modern styles on Sauvignon Blanc some of us are use to. From one of the coolest sites in the Yarra Valley, the fruit is zesty and pure with plenty of secondary elements that make this wine simply better. Oxidative, honeyed and minerally alive. It's a brilliant wine from this young new world producer.
