Tasting Notes
Château Cantenac has an elegant dress with pretty tears. Its nose reveals deep scents, ripe fruit, undergrowth and spices. On the palate the attack is ample, then fleshy in the middle of the mouth, built by a persistent noble material, finely spiced. The finish is racy, harmonious and long. Soil: gravelly, clayey-gravel, clay. Typical blend: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernets. Winemaking and aging: 18 months including 12 to 14 months in barrels. Production: 2000 to 4500 crates. Service: 17-18 o C - carafe +30 min preferably. - Winery Note
