Tasting Notes
From a small eight-hectare estate in Barsac, this wine comes from limestone-based soils that bring freshness and mineral tension to the style. Made predominantly from old-vine Sémillon, it is carefully harvested in multiple passes to capture perfectly botrytised fruit, then aged in a mix of oak and tank to balance richness with lift. Intensely aromatic with honey, jasmine and ripe stone fruit, the palate is concentrated yet finely cut, with sweet citrus and ginger notes carried by a long, fresh finish. - Pete L
