Tasting Notes
Shy to start, but soon grows in intensity and interest to surprise. At opening the tight young fruit hints at just ripening stonefruits; but you soon pick-up the white nectarine like fruit. The taste though is immediately welcoming, with a mouthful of white stonefruit. Good acidity keeps its bright and pure tastes, growing in strength and weight as a little time passes. 12.3% alc.Enjoyed it greatly with a bit of soft cheese on wafers. Good demonstration of a fine natural white. - Michael L
My wines have and always will be made from 100% grapes, nothing added and nothing taken away. Farmed organically and hopefully in the near future all of our vineyards will be certified organic.
