Tasting Notes
Barsac is famous for producing some of the worlds greatest sweet/dessert wines and Chateau Coutet is among the greatest of producers in the region - classified as First Growth. These wines always benefit from a few years in bottle and this 2009 will be singing at the moment, but it will still have plenty of good years ahead of it too. I recommend drinking this after dinner with fruit or cream based desserts or hard and blue cheeses. Sweet bliss. - Chris L
