Tasting Notes
Shocked by how good this was! Classic Provencal style of Rose with way more depth of flavour than I would expect at this price point, but from a producer like Chateau de l'Aumerade I really shouldn't have expected any less. This wine is made from grapes they purchase outside of the estate but treated with the same care as the estate wines. It's dry, red fruited with a slightly bitter finish that adds more complexity to the wine for me. Perfect Aperitif. - Pete L
