Tasting Notes
Black cherries, black plums, blueberry, violet, lavender, pencil shavings and a touch of earth float out of the glass. A seamless silk-like inky texture with mouth-coating dry tannins (but surprisingly not too much tannin at all) that creates a cohesive mouthfeel. This will easily age for over a decade or 2 but doesn't need as much time that left-bank Bordeaux usually needs to come together. Classic Saint-Julien. Delightful - Aaron C.
A classic Bordeaux from the appellation of Saint Julien on the left bank. About 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Beautiful balance and structure. - Chris L
