Tasting Notes
A cracking little Bordeaux Rouge and the perfect choice if you're new to the style or simply want to drink good Bordeaux more often than the top stuff allows these days. It's got everything you want from the region, blackberry and cassis with those savoury notes of tobacco leaf and earth, all darker fruit, gentle tannins and that lovely smoothness that makes Bordeaux so easy to love. I'd happily drink it on its own, but it really comes alive with food, a braise or some classic French bistro fare would mop it right up. - Pete L
