Tasting Notes
This is one of those organic Bordeaux that punches well above what you pay for it, especially here in Australia. It's a classic Merlot-led blend with Cabernet Franc and a bit of Malbec, medium bodied and full of fresh plums, blackberries and dark cherry with lovely texture, a little spice and plenty of freshness. Easy to enjoy on its own but genuinely versatile at the table, happy with anything from a burger to a big bowl of Bolognese. Drink it now or tuck it away for a few years. - Pete L
