Tasting Notes
A fine and delicate Blanc de Blancs from the grower Christophe Mignon in Champagne. It's currently drinking at it's peak after spending some time in bottle since disgorgement. Expect brioche and honeyed nuance and fine bead. We also happened to get it for an absolute steal so this price will not be repeated. Not to be missed! - Chris L
