From the sole block of Malvasía on the family farm. Fermented and aged in a mixture of stainless steel and old French barrels on lees for eight months. There’s the exotic guava notes of Malvasía along side ginger and citrus rind. High acid, lean and precise. Only1990 approx bottles are produced in standard vintages. - Importer Note
